Hi Quzi,
The Forum, the Testimonial and the Sites sections are full independant TBS applications. tbsForum and tbsTestimonials are available at the Download page.
The new lettrer admin interface is also done with TBS but not available for download.
Other pages are too simple to be done with TBS.
