does it make the compilation of the Templates faster?

Yes it does make the page faster.
Very faster.

With the cache system, the result of the page is saved for a duration.
Until this duration is over, the saved page is shown instead of a building a fresh new result.

k, then i think i should use caching :)

since the pages i would be making will be shown A LOT of times throughout the day...
