about version 3.0

While the version 2.05 is about te be released, I'm also working on version TBS 3.0.

This version is a major version because it will brings plug-ins capabilities.
It will be also the ocasion to put some TBS extra features available by plug-ins. Like the Cache System, or navigationBar for example, but this is still under study.

That's by TBS 3.0 should be stronger AND simplier than the previous ones.

Yet noticed: It' a lot slower than the last one. execution time raises from 0,05...s to 0,5...s
