Is it possible to merge multiple odt-templates? Or will this be available somewhere in the future?

It is not possible for now, and it is not in the roadmap.
ODT manual combination should be more easy than Docx since all part are in the same sub-file.
Nevertheless, combining styles can be very difficult to solve.
