Making a list

Can anyone tell me how I should put an unordered list and how I would put it on the template? I'm using OpenTBS to put some html in a Word document

OpenTBS does not convert HTML to XML. That what would be needed to put some HTML in a Word document.

Since you've got your unordered list into PHP, you can have it in OpenXML.
