New TBS site: www.VivaPHP.com.ar

Hi, there!

I just can't stop my self from making more websites thanks to TBS!

So, let me introduce you VivaPHP! (http://www.vivaphp.com.ar/), my latest site, devoted to all things PHP for spanish-speaking webdevelopers, built in less than 3 weeks using ezSQL 1.25 and TBS 1.96.

I'd like to note that it's the first design I made using *only* CSS, that is, with no <table> HTML code! ("tableless" some may say). It's rather simple, but it works nice, I think... (comments welcome!)

Thanks again to Skrol29 for supporting and updating such an useful template class.

Hi,

Nice looking. Good work!

I shoud also do "tableless" pages. I'm getting more and more enthusiast with CSS, and I found more and more that using tables for page skeleton is not a clean work.
But can we do all without tables?

PS: I've added your site to the new "Your sites" section.

Re: New TBS site: www.VivaPHP.com.ar

Well, I'm just starting to learn to do CSS "tableless" designs, but let me tell you: the HTML code produced is much cleaner and smaller. Besides, the time spent in modifying the look produced seems to be also much shorter.

The downside, if any, might be that you have to double-check your CSS files, since they may display differently in different browsers (Mozilla/FireFox being the best in CSS support, IE being the worst).

FYI, check the CSS Zen Garden to explore the true potential of CSS design: www.csszengarden.com

Also, some very well-known sites are all-CSS:  Wired Magazine (www.wired.com) and MySQL! (www.mysql.com)
