Charting for Multiple Series

I am looking for an example using OpenTBS where there are multiple series / arrays.  Here is the scenario Cost vs. Benefits (Yr1, Yr2, Y3)

The example from the OpenTBS package has several series.
Duplicate the line that merges a series, change the $SeriesNameOrNum and $NewValues and it should roll.
