Change image in docx file

Hello Guys!
I have been facing issue of replacing the image in a docx file. Can anybody help here. I visited the following link but its not working for me.

Try leaving out 'noerr' and 'default=current' to ensure you see any errors while you are debugging. I (and others) could probably help more if you share what you have tried and any errors you have gotten.

There is also an option to replace pictures in your document directly from PHP in the new beta release of OpenTBS (1.8.0).
