Very slow load template

Load a docx template takes about 1:20 minutes.

How can i decrease this time?

If i only need text onshow variables, and image replacement, what can i do to download load  template time?

Is your DOCX so big ?
Did you try on another PHP configuration?

The template size is 225kb .

The problem i think are tables.

But you should first check the merging on a simple HTML you Text template, then you can figure out where the slowness is proportionated.

Sorry, i'm the one who has written before.

Instead of a DOCX template, try to build a small HTML template that merge the same data.
Check the merging and compare the elapsed time between DOCX ad HTML.

If HTML is as slow as DOCX then the problem is in your query or in database.
Otherwise there is a problem with your DOCX template.
