<div> tag

Please help me
when I insert <div></div> tag into template without any parameters it is passed throught TBS system. But when I try define any additional information (i.e. id="blabala") for <div> tag, after TBS I get only ending tag </div> without beginning <div id="blabla">

Please show the php code and the template which are involved in this strange issue

Sorry it is my mistake, I used <div id="blabla"> in block with headergrp and I forgot add headergrp for tag <div>
