Demo of TbsSQL v3 trace & query caching

Hello all,

I got drawn into the new TbsSQL v3beta since Skrol29 added trace and debug feature and now query caching, thank you Skrol!!!

After fiddling a bit to learn more about it - I have posted a small demo app that lets us see behind the scenes -- while running the app you can set switches to show the TRACE and raw query results.
