Error Box When Needed?

Hey!

Just started using TBS, and I'm loving it! Some of it confuses me a little though, so I just wanna make sure how to do something the proper way.

I wanna have a block (div block) shown when there is an error. When a login error is calculated, I want to redirect to the login page again, but show an error block / notification above the login div.

Is there a prescribed way of doing this sort of thing? Only showing a div, say, if a variable is set? Something along those lines, at least?

Thanks so much!

Re: Error Box When Needed?

Welcome to TBS!

You will find lots of fun in learning about this powerful tool -- but first, for a comprehensive self-learning experience go to the "Examples" page

http://www.tinybutstrong.com/examples.php You will find an answer to your question under the "Conditional Display" section.

But do try the other examples of various methods on your own computer to test them out. It will greatly speed your learning TBS to try all of the examples using your own database info.

Cheers,
