Using an AND operator in block

Is it possible to have multiple conditions in a when on a block?

[onshow;block=div;when [var.complete]!=1]

What I would really like to do is:

[onshow;block=div;when [var.complete]!=1&&[var.has_errors]==0]

Is this possible?
